Most of my work has involved designing and scaling revenue systems across enterprise technology and SaaS. Lately I've been experimenting with small AI-driven tools built using agentic workflows.

Career

I studied Engineering Physics at IIT Madras and later Management at IIM Calcutta.

I started my career trading derivatives in global FX markets — primarily EUR/USD futures, other major currency pairs, and gold. Trading builds a particular mindset: decisions under uncertainty, probabilistic thinking, and fast feedback loops.

I moved into enterprise consulting at Wipro, working with CIO organisations on technology portfolio rationalisation and strategy — simplifying complex architectures, reducing total cost of ownership, and redirecting capital into cloud migration, analytics platforms, and automation.

I then managed a $13M data services portfolio for a global banking client — roughly 250 engineers across multiple delivery programs. The portfolio I inherited was declining; stabilising delivery and launching new initiatives turned it into a growing business.

At Hevo Data, I scaled the commercial revenue engine for a data infrastructure platform, leading new business sales across SMB and mid-market segments while building teams of AEs, SDRs, and BDRs.

Today at Freshworks, I lead North America outbound new business for the SMB and Commercial segments. My focus is building scalable pipeline systems: structuring outbound teams, improving AE productivity, and aligning marketing, partnerships, and sales execution to drive predictable growth.

Across these roles I've worked across every layer of enterprise technology: IT services, cloud migration, data infrastructure, analytics platforms, and AI-driven software.
